The Business Need

YATRE sought software to drive innovation, enhance technical building management processes, and improve communication with asset managers, property managers, tenants, and guests. Managing technically advanced assets requires meeting the highest standards and demands. YATRE aimed to provide a user-friendly solution catering to different stakeholders, including building technical teams, tenants, and managers. The answer to their requirements came in the form of the Singu FM platform.

The REINO Group has been implementing these solutions for many years now. The company decided to implement Singu FM across all of its properties soon after. With a diverse portfolio consisting of office buildings and logistics parks spread across various locations, they required a centralized tool to manage their properties efficiently. Currently, Singu FM is used in 6 logistics parks and 13 office buildings.
