Reporting & Data Visualization

Empowering Reporting

View all the information relevant to building operations on various dashboards. They provide real time feedback and you can configure the layout so it reflects data relevant to your responsibilities. Benefit from various types of dashboards in Singu FM.

Built-in reports

Create reports straight from the Singu FM CMMS management portal so you don’t waste any time on administrative tasks. Brand your reports with company logos and color palettes for a professional look. Standard reports, relevant to most users, are built into the system.

Quick reports

Any data, whether it relates to individuals, work orders or other modules, can be represented in reports. Determine what type of reports will help you perform your tasks better. Set up relevant report parameters as part of Singu FM facilities management resources and draw the report whenever you need access to that specific data. Users who have knowledge about SQL can edit and create reports themselves. Click on the pencil icon to access SQL text, change cycle information and add or remove report details as required.

Exporting as spreadsheets

You can view the data on Singu FM but also export it as an Excel spreadsheet. This makes for easy sharing and saving reports for future reference.

Emailing reports periodically

If a report is cyclical, automatically email relevant users whenever it’s generated. You can notify them that the report is available or attach it as an Excel file.
