Velis Real Estate Tech—registered as Velis RET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością — and headquartered in Cracow, Poland (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website located at https://www.velistech.com (“Site”).

While using Site, we may ask you for certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, and company name (“Personal Information”).

Clarity is a user behavior analytics tool that helps understand how users interact with the Site. Hotjar is a technology service providing better understanding of user experiences and choices, enabling Site maintenance based on user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data, including IP addresses (stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser specifics, geographic location of user (country), and language used. Hotjar stores information in a pseudonymized user profile and is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. The Site uses WebSights, a tool powered by ZoomInfo’s proprietary IP matching algorithm that identifies the identities of organisations viewing a website and displays analytics. Further information regarding ZoomInfo’s policy can be found here.

We utilize PostHog, an open-source analytics and product infrastructure platform, to understand the use and performance of our website. This section of our Privacy Policy provides details about the data collected by PostHog and how we use that information.
