The system will be deployed across the LPP’s brands sales network of over 2,200 stores in 22 countries.
PropTech Provides Standardization and Operations Improvement
The intensive growth of LPP, which has been operating on the market for over 30 years, has created the need for advanced tech solutions to support the management and operation of the global chain of clothing stores, bringing efficiencies and consistency to the company’s real estate management.

LPP decided to implement Singu FM software for facility and maintenance management in over 1,600 stores in 20 countries like for example the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania. The system enables the company to establish facilities benchmarking, standardization, and automation of processes as well as instant communication between managers, subcontractors, and employees of stores. The software supports planned cost management, central reporting, and other property related processes. One of the objectives of Singu FM implementation is also to reinforce LPP in the ESG activities, i.e., environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G).
