Exciting Challenges Ahead

As a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies to reach predefined KPIs, monitoring, and optimizing the campaigns’ performance
  • Managing paid activities to drive traffic to the website
  • Creating consistent and effective digital campaigns by combining various channels and tools
  • Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns that reach our target audience
  • Measuring marketing metrics, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions to improve campaigns
  • Working closely with the sales team to design sales funnels that convert
  • Enhancing campaign effectiveness by exploring and testing new tools and channels
  • Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  • Creating or co-creating (with other team members) content, videos, or graphics

The Ideal Candidate Would Demonstrate

  • Experience in running Lead Generating/B2B campaigns (at least 1 year)
  • Excellent command of English, C1 level (written and spoken)
  • Strong project management experience
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects
  • Taking responsibility for the undertaken tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously

You Can Increase Your Chances if You:

  • Have proven experience in SEO
  • Can practically use Social Media for lead generation (B2B), especially LinkedIn
  • Are familiar with CMS systems (Webflow)
  • Know how to effectively use social Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
